The only thing more enjoyable than watching John Calipari squirm for two hours last night in a close Kentucky/Notre Dame Elite 8 game was seeing Notre Dame ultimately losing anyway.

Calipari could be a cheat, but fuck the Irish anyway.  :P

Meh, I don't have a problem with it-in the long history of comics things have changed all the time for better and worse (Thor has also been a pig and a frog at some point). If Thor's done something to no longer be deemed worthy to hold Mjolnir (and apparently the hammer found the new girl Thor worthy), and the writers can tell me a hell of a story to show me how this impacts both the universe as well as the guy that lost his powers, I'm game.

And this just covers the comic book iterations, and I've seen nothing to suggest this will eventually make it's way to the screen version of Marvel Universe.

Best answer I can give you right now is that there are 59 men's hockey teams in NCAA Division 1 spread across six conferences with one independent (Arizona State) slated to bump up to Division 1 next season.

And looking at how much he went for...I'm totally fine with that. Peace out. The Lions trading for Haloti Ngata helps ease the pain a bit-sure they don't have Suh's upside and skill, but Ngata's no slouch either.

Suh chased the payday, good for him-nothing wrong with that. But sometimes I got the feeling the last few weeks he didn't want to be in Detroit anymore either-well, bye. I've always felt that if you don't want to be here than I sure as hell don't want to see you here either. Good luck to you, but get the f*ck out.

Been waiting years for this, and been waiting years to see Manny prove once and for all that he's the better fighter. Can't wait to see Pacquiao end misogynistic douchebag Floyd's undefeated streak on May 2nd!

Lengthy read, but it highlights pretty much everything that went wrong under AD (athletic douchebag) Dave Brandon's tenure at Michigan.

Any of you guys watching the show Fresh off the Boat? Man I'm loving this. So much of this that I can relate to growing up that it's scary. So funny, though!

My new favorite too, and I absolutely agree-there's a lot I can relate to as well. The mom is my favorite by far, and young Eddie cracks me up.

I really want to check out the book now, heard plenty of good things about it!

If I could've favorited that tweet a thousand times on Twitter, I would've. Yep, absolutely gonna love this rivalry the next few years.

Probably my other favorite part of that tweet but not mentioned in that article are the responses from Sparty fans all butthurt that they're getting ignored in Michigan again. All these years later and they still can't accept that we'll never consider them the most hated rivals they want to be.

Just wanted to try something new. Here is Detroit Free Press columnist Drew Sharp's take on the Lions and Suh (if you don't feel like reading it, the answer is no-the Lions shouldn't resign him):

http://www.freep.com/story/sports/columnists/drew-sharp/2015/02/04/ndamukong-suh-detroit-lions-free-agent/22837881/

So my question for you is this: if you're the Lions GM, would you attempt to resign Ndamukong Suh?

My answer: yes, I resign him. Part of the reason being that I want to win now and Suh is a huge part of that defense-he's the reason that defensive line was feared last year, drawing constant double teams while allowing Ziggy Ansah, Nick Fairley (before he got hurt), and their linebackers to roam free...and Suh still could dominate at moments even through the double teams. Lions lose him, that defense takes a few steps back. He still has the occasional flash of immaturity (see Rodgers, Aaron, week 17), but there's no denying his skill set. He's worth it.

Your turn!

College Ball / Re: Recruiting day 2015

Michigan had 14, not bad considering Harbaugh didn't have much time to recruit-even flipped a few, including a RB committed to Iowa. I'm also fairly confident that the players will develop under the new coaching staff-nothing against Brady Hoke, he was a great man but his biggest downfall was that while he did recruit very well with solid classes throughout they just didn't develop.

And apparently some high profile stuff took place this morning and today...Johnny Manziel has decided to enter treatment, good luck to him:

...and now Warren Sapp will most likely be looking for a new job after being arrested for soliciting a prostitute in Phoenix.

This article is pretty f'ing good-how NBC handled the last few minutes of that crazy finish.

I still can't believe Kearse made that catch...thought for sure that the Pats were reliving the Tyree/Manningham nightmares.

Oh, and Crewe: Tom Brady, Michigan Man=GOAT (couldn't resist)  ;D

Whoa, it's that time of year again, isn't it? New details released today, along with a worldwide reveal for gameplay coming February 5th.

Really excited about the year-to-year saves, especially since I haven't even hit the All-Star Break in my created pitcher's rookie season.  ;D  :P
