I have to choose the opposite of whatever you choose if I want to win, so, I'll be watching your post the closer we get ;)

Wait wait, Norm, can I just do this?

Super Bowl

The Opposite of Rigg's Final Pick vs Rigg's Final Pick

Otherwise I suppose I'll have to manually go back and edit my pick on the previous page while I keep an eye on him, haha.

Lol...good try but no.
"But it is not enough for me to stand before you tonight and condemn riots. It would be morally irresponsible for me to do that without, at the same time, condemning the contingent, intolerable conditions that exist in our society. These conditions are the things that cause individuals to feel that they have no other alternative than to engage in violent rebellions to get attention. And I must say tonight that a riot is the language of the unheard. And what is it America has failed to hear? It has failed to hear that the plight of the negro poor has worsened over the last twelve or fifteen years. It has failed to hear that the promises of freedom and justice have not been met. And it has failed to hear that large segments of white society are more concerned about tranquility and the status quo than about justice and humanity." - Martin Luther King, Jr

You've got until kickoff to get your picks in, no exceptions. Super Bowl LIII is worth 5 points.

If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense.
Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't.
And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would.

In the interest of having all of the picks on the same page of the thread:

Super Bowl LIII

New England Patriots vs Los Angeles Rams

I reserve the right to change this pick, before kickoff, assuming Rigg changes his. I fully acknowledge I will likely lose the pick 'em now, as I don't believe the Rams have an actual chance in hell.

Noted.

I am still torn, I logically think the pats will win but really want the Rams to defeat them.  At this point I am sticking with the Pats.

Rigg44

Just for those waiting for me to change or not change my pick I will not be changing my pick at this point.  Unless Tom Brady is abducted or otherwise incapacitated before the game.

Good luck to the contenders tonight, and I want to thank all of you that participated this season. You guys made this fun. :) There will be more contests throughout the season and this will be back next year.

I'll message the winner once I get to watch this game sometime tomorrow (yes, working tonight so I'm actually recording the game and trying to avoid spoilers for the next few hours - practically Mission Impossible but wish me luck lol).

A big thanks to you as well for running this thing Norm. It was a lot of fun and got me interested in the college season as well as the pros. Was very fun right through the end.

Rigg44

Thanks Norm for running this.  I enjoyed it.  First year I have participated but I look forward to doing it again.  It was fun.
