Cryx

Cryx Battlegroup Box
Cryx are mostly undead and mechanical abominations that work for an all powerful dragon, Lord Toruk, who may or may not be a god. They have a lot of tricks up their sleeves. The battlegroup includes Warwitch Deneghra and three light bonejacks (two Deathrippers and a Defiler) and one heavy helljack (a Slayer). The Deathrippers both serve as conduits for Deneghra's spells to get them further upfield, while the Defiler sprays acid capable of taking out tightly grouped enemies. The Slayer is a melee bruiser with heavy armor. Deneghra's feat is both offensive and defensive as she weakens basically every stat of enemy models for one round.

Cygnar

Cygnar Battlegroup Box
Cygnar, the jewel of the Iron Kingdoms, have the most technologically advanced warjacks of all the Factions. They are big on ranged attacks and electricity. The battlegroup comes with Command Coleman Stryker as the warcaster, two light warjacks (a Charger and a Lancer) and a heavy warjack (an Ironclad). You'll be using your Ironclad to do heavy damage in melee combat while the Charger's powerful gun takes out enemies from a distance. Meanwhile your Lancer can be used by Stryker to cast spells further upfield, including his Earthquake spell which knocks down enemies, making them easier to hit. Stryker's feat boosts the armor on friendly units making them much more resilient to damage for one round.

Khador

Khador Battlegroup Box
Khador are brutal expansionists, looking always to expand the motherland at the expense of weaker nations. They believe in big, heavy hitting warjacks that can take a beating. The battlegroup includes Kommander Sorcha and two heavy warjacks (a Destroyer and a Juggernaut). The Destroyer has a powerful bombard that punishes closely grouped enemies downfield, while the Juggernaut doles out significant melee damage. Sorchia's feat is both offensive and defensive, as she freezes enemy models in place, making them easier to hit and keeps them from advancing up the field.

Protectorate of Menoth

Protectorate of Menoth Battelgroup Box
Protectorate of Menoth worship Menoth, the creator of man, and they like to burn heretics and nonbelievers. The battlegroup comes with High Exemplar Kreoss, two light warjacks (a Revenger and a Repenter) and a heavy warjack (a Crusader). The Crusader is a heavily armored melee 'jack that comes with a mace capable of setting enemies on fire. The Revenger is used by Kreoss to cast his spells further downfield while keep him out of harms way. Meanwhile the Repenter has a flamethrower capable of decimating groups of enemies at medium range. Kreoss' feat is another offensive game changer that will knock down enemy models once again making them easier to hit.
