Your team had a decent run in the SEC tourney...nice win against Auburn too.

Today in "how the hell did Lebron do that"...

"But it is not enough for me to stand before you tonight and condemn riots. It would be morally irresponsible for me to do that without, at the same time, condemning the contingent, intolerable conditions that exist in our society. These conditions are the things that cause individuals to feel that they have no other alternative than to engage in violent rebellions to get attention. And I must say tonight that a riot is the language of the unheard. And what is it America has failed to hear? It has failed to hear that the plight of the negro poor has worsened over the last twelve or fifteen years. It has failed to hear that the promises of freedom and justice have not been met. And it has failed to hear that large segments of white society are more concerned about tranquility and the status quo than about justice and humanity." - Martin Luther King, Jr

This may be the only day I get to enjoy the tourney. Even if we win no way we beat villanova.

I am picking loyola to beat miami in the tourney in my upset round one. Even captain obvious probably is rolling his eyes at that pick lol.

This is pretty much all that needs to be said...holy sh*t it happened.

Sure you can say it was bound to happen eventually, but...wow. Virginia was the #1 overall seed, had the top defense in the country, won the ACC regular season and tourney titles...and got absolutely blown out. There's only one upset in all of sports that tops this.
All the other higher seeds that were upset today: 4 Wichita State, 6 TCU, etc., and pretty much everyone will be ignoring your loss because the biggest one of all took place. Simply incredible.

I'm just curious what the one is. USA over USSR?

#25
So I may have lost my voice last night/early this AM...to be honest, things looked very dire, especially at the 39:57 mark when Michigan had to foul after missing a couple of point blank shots to tie.

I seriously can't imagine anyone not liking sports...I really can't. Love seeing photos that capture the contrast between victory and defeat.

Feel horrible for this guy too...in the end it's just a game and any of us that played sports has been there at some point.

Tough to go to sleep after something like that...and I didn't until about 430.

always nice when your team wins and rival loses.
