got it for fathers day from the kiddos I totally recommend it.
Its a turn based RPG. Reminds me of the old Final Fantasy type of games. It can be hard at times and out right brutal other times.

I was kinda looking to buy it, but then I decided to look into the game before I play it, and I was like "yeah, no, I don't need that much stress in my life." I play Dark Souls and the game is 100% fair, everything is based on whether or not I mess up. You play that game, and it's all based on how the dice roll. I hate games 100% reliant on RNG.

The most obnoxious thing about this game is its own ego and pretentiousness, as it makes you sit there for 5 minutes while it prattles on story elements that I don't care about. I don't care what the backstory of the courtyard is, I don't care about the warrens, I don't even care what the story of the game is. I just play it like any other Rogue-like, so be a Rogue-like and don't make me sit there for 5 minutes to hear crap that I'm not listening to anyway.
