The Darjeeling Limited

I never saw Zissou or Royal Tenenbaums or even Bottle Rocket and Rushmore. I heard good things but didn't see them (funny thing is, I went back later and saw the first three and wasn't even a big fan of Zissou or Tenanbaums).

But for some reason, when Darjeeling Limited came out, I had to see what this Wes Anderson guy was about. And I loved it. Then I saw Fantastic Mr Fox and Moonrise Kingdom and finally, the amazing Grand Budapest Hotel. Now I can't wait for Isle of Dogs.

Still gotta see Rushmore though.

Sure you didn't? Because all that you just said, they actually did (the catcher thing is addressed in the general gameplay enhancements video, which is not this one. But the rest...you actually nailed it).

I've pretty much already decided to buy this since I skipped 17, which seems like a good idea because all the new gameplay and presentation stuff has sounded great. They finally revealed the new RTTS enhancements and I'm still good to go.

The fun part was the guy saying "in past years, you'd have good at bats and by the end of the game you'd have 600, 1000 points to just put in whatever stat." HAHAHAHAHAHA, I wish that had ever happened.

Day 2

Hm...I'd probably go with Michael Keaton, which I suppose is slightly a lie because I skipped American Assassin, but I think he's the closest one.

And as for Steel Magnolias, yeah, I just didn't find it that funny or interesting.

Step Up reminds me I could have gone with Magic Mike XXX or XXXL, whatever the numerals were, but again, not embarrassed about liking it. That movie was HILARIOUS.

I had an ex make me watch Steel Magnolias. I was not amused.

Um......a movie that I'm EMBARRASSED to admit I like. I mean, there's a few movies I like that are awful but I'm not embarrassed to admit I like them.

I'll say one that I've been...having difficulties with lately is Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. When I saw this movie in theaters I thought it was absolutely incredible and for all the world it seemed like everyone was in agreement. Then it got nominated for a Best Picture Oscar and suddenly it was boiled down to "that film with the sympathetic, racist cop," which I personally think is a very unfair and simplistic breakdown of the film's overall tone and story.

So, yeah, we'll go with that. Or Brokeback Mountain, but again, I'm not actually embarrassed to admit I like it.

So, some Facebook page posted that above teaser, and my girlfriend tagged me in the comments. She assumed it meant a new season of Dexter was being made, I guess for Netflix (as Netflix has been known to revive old shows from time to time). But she never tried to verify it.

And after a short google search (because, lets be honest, this should be first page of search news) I can't find anything to validate it. So I believe it is a fake.

Curb Your Enthusiasm. Honestly, that has to be just such a fun time on set, every day.

Saddest death: Owen on Boardwalk Empire. I almost went with Richard Harrow, but to see a character who was so likeable and who we thought was going to be Margaret's salvation, get so brutalized was unexpected.

Day 29
If I could change the last 3 or 4 seasons, Dexter. But if it's just the series finale, then Seinfeld. That show deserved a lot better than it got.

Before someone else says it, The Sopranos season finale is perfect.

So, my girlfriend tagged me in the above picture on Facebook so I assumed she'd done the proper research but I was wrong. I unfortunately cannot corroborate what that pic is saying.

I apologise.

I didn't know this was going to be a thing. Netflix, eh? Maybe we'll get a real ending.

Day 26:

Dragon Ball Z. No doubt. I used to tape it for my brother too, so he could watch after football practice.

Day 27:
Bojack Horseman, without a doubt.

As much as I love the pilot for Six Feet Under, I will not choose it.

I kind of want to go either Breaking Bad or Mad Men. But I'm going to go in a very different direction.

This show came out in, I think, 2001 and I thought it looked like the dumbest piece of garbage in the world. I gave it a chance when it aired, though, and like most of the country I was extremely entertained by the antics of one SpongeBob SquarePants.

Still love this show, even if it went to crap. The two movies are both incredibly funny though.

That's a great choice on Dexter, and I think I'm going to use that one Crewe.

I'm sure if I had a better memory (or gave myself more time), I could probably find one from Sopranos or Boardwalk Empire or Breaking Bad or Mad Men. But yeah, that Dexter one is definitely up there. I doubt anyone saw that coming.
