except for Sounds of the Show, or lack of I should say. And this is a Sony thing because you have to use their stupid music provider and cant use mp3s like on the 3.
That's a huge hole in this game and Sony has thumbed its nose once again to the community.

While I agree its going to be a great fight, I wish it would have happened five years ago.
I concur with everything you said  :-)

The only thing I cannot do is fly a helicopter, oh my gawd! It just seems impossible to me and those time trials, holy crap.
And this is where I have a bit of an issue and I don't know why games are like this; its kinda like that shoot someone right outside the door and the guy on the other side can't hear it because you haven't tripped his "zone" yet; but theres a point where you have to land the helicopter at Trevor's deserted helipad, absolutely nothing around for miles, but you have to land on this one teeny tiny little dot or nothing happens. I sat there like a fool with the helicopter on the ground just inching forward without trying to lift off because Id never get this close again lol

I checked my stats the other day and Im 60% through the game which kinda surprised me a bit, but then Ive logged a crap ton of hours on this thing just doodling around. I got the fifty stunt jumps in and have pretty much fooled around as much as I want, so now I am starting to focus a little more on the mission, although I just spent thirty minutes playing tennis lol

I don't know the Lions position as far as backups, next in line, draft pick options and the like but with my limited options I say yes, re sign him.
Truth is, no team likes a player that causes distractions on or of the field, but those guys are always there and many more teams have them now, or are at least exposed more now due to the 24 hour news cycle.
Personally, I wouldn't want his baggage on the Cowboys or the Texans, but then I think of him anchoring the line in Dallas, or dare  say with JJ Watt? You can't help but to like that.
So yes.

lol yea yea yea...
you know norm, what gets me about Brady is not his abilities, it's just that there's something very Eddie Haskell about him, something very disingenuous, perhaps arrogant, condescending even.
It wasn't helped by the fact that rules were implemented simply because of his status and that there for a time every time he whined about a call, he got the flag. I just remember instances where nothing was gonna be called until he faced up on the ref, then he pulls out the hanky. It just added to my growing dislike and has never dissipated, obviously lol
I just didn't want him to have his fourth for reasons stated above.  Im glad Im not tight with a lot of Pats fans or it would be a lot worse.

geez man, that was brutal.
Everyone is on the O for saying Lockette coudve been stronger to the ball. disregarding the debate that should he have said that or not, in all honestly when I saw the play, that was what I thought too.
It looked more like a weak move than a bad pass to me, but thats just my opinion. In either scenario, it was a horrible play call and all that BS about saying they didn't want to runs against their goal line D is a cop out.
Now I have to live with Tom Brady is the greatest ever screaming at me from every mountaintop for the rest of my life. I was just now getting over the Montana thing.
Fuck.

The year to year saves are an awesome addition that Ive been waiting on for a decade. It always seemd so simple to me.

This is what I want to see as well as the new speed paradigm
Upgraded motion system allows for dynamic speed matching from run to catch to throw
The night lighting is a MUST upgrade as it was the only horrible part of last years version, so Im glad they've corrected that issue.
My one major compaint is two fold:
In RTTS, why is it difficult to get a weather report as it relates to accessories and more importantly, why can't I choose and/or mix and match uniforms in RTTS.
Fix those and I dont have a major complaint

The best part about the Super Bowl last year was Bruno Mars (sorry thai-was happy for you but that was a snoozefest...and Bruno Mars is really f'ing good).

As for Brady...we knew he was gonna be good at Michigan, and I'll still never understand why Lloyd Carr alternated snaps between him and Drew Henson in 1999. It was a mind boggling decision then and even more so now. All that said, he ended up in pretty much the perfect place for him to develop and grow (if he gets drafted by the Lions that year for example, he's probably a tv analyst or off doing some other thing...and probably not married to Gisele either).

As for Ballghazi, Deflate-Gate, whatever they're calling it: I don't understand why the Pats did it if they truly are guilty of it, because they surely didn't need to. It overshadows what should be a pretty damn good Super Bowl, and they should get punished severely for it. And the fans from Indy resting their arguments on that? Maybe if you'd lost by a couple of points, sure...but they still got blown off the field by almost 40 points. Give it a rest already.

I saw a tweet today by a Colt player that denouncing the idea that deflated footballs beat them.  That was nice to see.
I agree, if they did it, they should be punished, even much more sternly than last time because this would be twice they got caught.

Glad to know norm, I was hoping I wasn't the only one. You know I go overboard in my descriptions, but I really felt like they were very obvious in their tilt towards Rodgers and GB.
I like Sherman actually. When he got all the press initially, I fell victim to ignorance and believed the media, but when I actually read about him, he doesn't bother me. I appreciate his ability.
Now Tom Brady. I throw digs at him every chance I get because I think he deserves it. he's protected and he knows it, he complains and calls for flags and gets them, I know others do too, but not on his level.
That said, I marvel at how that lanky twig who looks like he would break in half consistently makes defenses look bad.  SUre he's got a great mind behind him but he still has to decipher everything and do it and thats why a lot of folks hate him even more. We hate it when perceived whiners win.
I always liked Luck. Another of the young good guys ala Russell.  I didn't think Indy was SB bound this year but they are getting there, much to the dismay of me and my Texans.
Carroll...yea, just can't....I just can't. lol Im with ya norm.
I agree with you on Bellicheat too and now he's got deflated footballs to worry about apparently lol

Lynch reminds me so much of Marion Barber but with more agility and yea norm, if they don't stop him, could be a long day.
I hope for a good game too, but like I said at the beginning of the year, Im less invested as time goes on because if they don't gain respect for the rules of this game and the horrible positions they put the refs in, as well as the fans, Ill continue to fade.  I think thats even more evident after this season and thats with my team going 12-4

yea, it was bad. They kept throwing out numbers, Seattle allowed this and that and had the ball only this amount of time and ran limited plays, GB is destroying Seattle blah blah blah. It was truly amazing to me.
Btw, I saw an article where many Seattle fans left and then weren't allowed back in and their was a photo of them all at the gate with their noses against the door lol
thats great stuff

G/L in the SB.  Im having to root for Seattle because I don't want the golden boy to have another.
And not that you care, but don't take my words as digs on Seattle because I like a lot of the players and I really like Wislon, he will be a great ambassador for the game for a while, but it's just Carroll I don't like and it from his USC days and beyond and I can't let it go lol
