Art Briles is acting like he did not know. I was tending to believe him even after peterson claims he filled him in. But when Baylor released a form that "clears" them showing he was not under suspension from the school. I see a technicality.
First of all if you are kicked of the team, you are no longer a student and no longer have a scholarship and no longer a student. Technically he can't be suspended by the school if he is no longer going a student there.

I am more inclined to believe Peterson now, this auburn* defense is bullshit.

*Auburn defense - re: technicalities, we didn't have it on paper, so you can't prove it. I.e. The 4 players on HBO, Charles Barkley, Bo Jackson etc...

LOL Muschamp would not touch him
yes but, that's not what the official doc says, right? So, technicality aside, they did not know....or am I missing something?
I haven't kept up with this
basically its a he said/he said on the dude. Peterson said he warned Baylor in person. Baylor said they had no clue the dude had issues with women. But other coaches are saying Peterson warned them in person when they inquired about the kid. The paper stateshad he been suspended for issues. It says no, but if the kids was kicked off the team and out of school, technically there would be no suspension. He was kicked out.
Sounds to me like they went ahead knowing they had an out if it came to light
yeah, thats what it looks like. I also believe in 2nd chances, but what do you do? catch 22 on that
