...while I'm glad those bastards lost, I'm still trying to wrap my head around Hulk Hogan getting over 2x more than Erin Andrews did. Yeah, different courts and all that, but still...
I agree in totality, but, apples and oranges, at least IMO.
That said, it's criminal, literally, that Marriott, et al were complicit via allowing that perv to stalk Andrews and yea they will pay a little but it won't hurt anyone but you and I when they raise costs to cover their losses.
And how that tool got what, 2 years I think? On federal charges no less, plus not having to fork over any of that 50m is beyond sickening.
And another 25m in punitive damages. 10m via the founder and 100k from the editor turd.
