Fantasy Flight made a Trading Card Game Link Here (https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/products/call-of-cthulhu-lcg/). Since this is a video game I don't believe they need to give their blessing on this. Also as far as I know the story of Call of Cthulhu is in the public domain, so anybody can use the subject matter as they see fit.

I knew Cthulhu was in the public domain did not realize that the whole Call of Cthulhu was public domain...  I thought they came up with the name... makes sense.

The part I hate about games that appeal to me is that they usually are half a year to over a year away.  This game is no exception.  6 friggin months away.
