I saw a few posters on the various sites, facebook, ESPN, etc.. make fun of the education standards in the state while the coach makes 6.9 million. They did it when Gus Malzahn is making his 2 to 4 million (dont remember his exact salary) but the fact that the football grossed 223 million at Bama and around 100 million at auburn. Because the schools are winning, they are pumping money into scholarships for title 9, academics (TTown is growing rapidly and my daughters scholly was funded by the football dept)
So are coaches worth that much when they put that money into the school expanding, scholarships and women sports to name a few?
