How dare they sully Captain America's wholesome image with that of America's HYDRA.  :D

Which is why I said HYDRA, not bumbling also rans in the Marvel Universe. HYDRA usually gets help from the higher ups...kind of like the Cowboys got in January against the Lions.  :P
